Materials Manager – November 2012
The Materials Manager will oversee all aspects of the purchase of materials, products and services to support operations. Responsibilities include optimizing purchasing for the company through evaluating vendors, products, quality and pricing. The candidate is responsible for managing all shipping and receiving and maintaining an accurate inventory system. Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of workers in conjunction with the Production Manager to meet company schedules. The job requires the ability to communicate effectively to senior management.
Sales Associates (Binghamton, Utica/Rome, Watertown) – November 2012
Sales Associates are responsible for the development of leads, expanding the customer base and generating sales commensurate with established goals. Knowledge in office systems, furniture-manufacturing, and design are preferred. Must have proven track record, be a self-starter and strong team player.
Production Manager – November 2012
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing production including, paint, laminate, fabric and assembly. Candidate is responsible for scheduling orders and meeting established time tables to adhere to company standards and delivery promise. Must have strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change. The incumbent will work in conjunction with the Materials Manager to meet company schedules. The job requires the ability to communicate effectively to senior management.
Design / Sales Support – November 2012
Design / Sales support team members provide design, quotation and order support to the Sales Associates. Qualifications include previous experience in Auto CAD and CAP Studio as well as an educational background in design. Individuals must have a strong ability to plan and organize the design of commercial space. Projects may take place in a range of settings, including office space, industrial premises, retail locations, public buildings and others. Strong interpretive understanding and communication skills are essential.
